LAYAM ART FEST 2023 —-The arts fest of our college conducted on 25&26 September 2023. We took all the preparations very well. Arts teacher, Dr.Nisha and Arts club secretary, Akshay led the preparation campign. College union prepared the stage light and sound arrangements. Arrangements from making a new curtain to putting the last light was a hardwork.. And finally the programme started with the inagural function. Dr. Divyasree, our chief judge inagurated the arts fest

The lighting of the lamp witnessed the starting of the friendly rivalry of pearl ruby and emerald… The two days of blast.. The layam arts fest was toatally a different one from the usual arts fest of kucte kulakkada, at first we made a new stage for the programme by our own effort.. We made a hand made curtain and tied it on to the newly made stage and the all paper works of the programme was hand written. The hands of artsclub secretary itself.. Yah lets move to the details of the events

The first and furious day..

I was totally busy to complete the pending works… I was on many roles as an electrician, sound operator, stage setter and so on… The programme conducted on two stages Stage 1 @ main auditorium and stage 2@ commerce class room

The programmes started as charted in the broucher and people splited to different stages for performance… I was on the hand of a severe fever and cough but i had my events on the first day itself… Film song comoetition and Mappilapatt competiton held on that day. We, the boys had seperate competition so collected my chestnumber from captian and went for first event mappilapatt……

The second event on that day was the film song

Yah our Ruby scored victory over the first group competition.. Hatsoff you Team Thiruvathira

And then we got several prizes in that day including second place on MIME and then so many prizes in single items.. Yah i am glad to gave 10 points from my inviduval events 😇

SECOND DAY

Today the day started with the theatre events. On the previous night i was busy with editing audio for the fancy dress of our teammate AnnaJasmin… But my audio was nothing infront of her peroformance… Hatsoff you performer Annammooiii🥰🔥

And then my turn…… performing MIMICRY… OMG BEd made me to try the unusual things that i never tried before… If those people immitated by me,hear my performance they will surely give complaint angainst me… 🤣but i did it according to my level Then the turn was on the malayalam elocution…

At last the afternoon was energetic… The nadanpatt and the Group dance made thunder on stage…. Especially the Emarald girls and their group dance, blast🔥🔥
